All photo, video, podcast and Event studios can be booked online via Instasnapstudios.com through the “Studios” page. Upon check out you can register for quick login in next time you visit our page. We'll also request some basic information about your booking to make sure you are well accommodated. (All bookings must be made 24-Hours in advance)

No, you will need to source your own photographer to bring with you to your session. We do have several we can recommend to you if you need help finding one.

The minimum booking duration for studio rentals is 1 hour but we would never want you to feel rushed while being creative Although we have found that a 2 hour time block is best suited for all of our guests.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment and props. We can also accommodate custom backdrop setups if arranged at checkout.

The studio capacity varies based on each studio booked. Each studio has a maximum number of attendees listed in the description. We offer a lounge for larger number of guest as they wait their turn to enter the studio.

Yes. Resetting the space to the original set is required. If you do not reset the space before exiting you will be charged an additional fee of $50

Although we don’t charge a standard cleaning fee, you must cleanup after yourself. If any debris, personal belongings, or trash is left behind, the original card on file will be charged an additional fee of up to $50. Please allocate 15 minutes of your session time to check for personal belongings, to pick up and dispose of any trash, and to properly reset the space.

Yes, Insta Snap Studios is the perfect venue for a small gathering or Event. Our Event studio space is available for small gatherings of 30 people or less. We offer a unique and stylish venue for events such as workshops, receptions, birthday parties, team sporting events, corporate events, meeting rooms and intimate gatherings.

Yes, although we limit food in the Event studio and Kitchen studio. Feel free to choose your own catering and external vendors for your event. We can provide recommendations if needed.

We have a large well lit parking facilities available that can accommodate a “Full house” and we can provide information on nearby parking options for larger events if needed.

Yes, we love your fur babies. Please try to be considerate for guests by cleaning up after your pets. It is your responsibility to thoroughly clean after your pets to avoid a cleaning fee.

At Insta Snap Studios, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and reschedule policy to ensure a seamless experience.

One thing we've always hated is feeling rushed out when our time was up during a shoot. So there is a 15 minute buffer between bookings, so please try to be considerate and use that buffer time to make sure you're packed and fully out before the next guests come in. Yes, tasteful boudoir is allowed but please keep it classy.

Feel free to move furniture, just try your best to put it back together the way you found it for the next guests. Lighting can be turn off at the switch located at the entry door.

You’ll have full access and use of your booked studio space, Along with the dressing room, restroom(s), waiting area and lounge. You can even use our Green walls for photos.

Yes, you will be able to access guest WiFi.

Of course, there is an Apple home pod in each studios that has access to Apple Music. Please try to play music at reasonable level so we do not disturb the neighboring Studios.

The Building itself is a non-smoking building.

The studio has a very strict no smoking policy. Any smoke or fog will trigger the fire alarm system so I ask that you do not use sparklers or smoke machines. You will be charged a damage fee of $100 if the fire alarm is activated.
