Insta Snap Studios – Terms & Conditions

By booking a studio or venue, you (the “Renter”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below by Insta Snap Studios (the “Company”).

Cancellations & Rescheduling The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, power outages, or building failures outside of our control.

Payments for Events For events, a deposit of 20% of the total package price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date. If an event is booked within 14 days of the scheduled date, the full amount is due immediately upon booking.

Length of Use & Overtime Your rental time begins and ends exactly at your booked times. Setup and teardown time must be included in your booked hours unless otherwise discussed.

Studio Guidelines & Conduct

Strictly Prohibited: No smoking or illegal substances.

Minors: All minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.

Noise: Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.

Special Materials: Use of hard-to-clean materials (confetti, glitter, feathers, body paint, etc.) requires prior approval.

Termination: Studio representative reserves the right to immediately terminate your shoot without a refund if they observe dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent behavior.

Cleaning & Damages

Cleaning: You must leave the studio in the condition you found it. Dispose of large props/garbage in the outside public bins. A cleaning fee applies for excessively dirty studios or events.

Damages: The Renter is solely financially responsible for any damages to the studio, furniture, backdrops, or equipment (including spills, tears, or excessive wear). Damaged items will be billed at full replacement cost.

Liability & Insurance

At Your Own Risk: Use of the premises and equipment is at the Renter's risk. Insta Snap Studios is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of personal property.

Security: All persons and activity on the premises may be video-recorded for security purposes.

Commercial Insurance: Production companies or corporate entities may be required to present a Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) naming Insta Snap Studios as additionally insured.

Legal & Arbitration These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any unresolved disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, taking place in Macomb, MI. The prevailing party is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs.
